Creator Program · effective September 10, 2026

Trust comes before traffic.

These standards protect visitors, creators, XClaims, and platform partners. Approval and portal access remain revocable.

Creator standards

  1. Describe rewards, eligibility, and earning potential accurately. Never promise profit, guaranteed winnings, or guaranteed approval.
  2. Clearly disclose creator affiliate links wherever they appear and follow each operator's affiliate and promotional rules.
  3. Do not use spam, deceptive redirects, impersonation, fake testimonials, self-referral abuse, bots, or incentivized traffic that a partner prohibits.
  4. Do not target minors or people in locations where an offer is unavailable. Respect XClaims state warnings and platform restrictions.
  5. Do not collect visitor passwords, balances, wagering records, identity documents, or other sensitive platform information through XClaims.
  6. Keep creator links current. Remove or correct links and claims promptly when an operator changes its program.
  7. Use XClaims names, logos, screenshots, and brand materials only to accurately identify the portal or program. Do not imply employment, ownership, or operator endorsement.
  8. Follow applicable advertising, tax, age, and geographic rules. Do not promote a platform to Oklahoma or another location after XClaims or the operator marks it unavailable there.
  9. Cooperate with link, traffic, and content reviews. XClaims may suspend a link or portal while investigating inaccurate claims, suspicious traffic, or policy violations.

How the program works

Creators supply affiliate links they own. New or changed links remain pending until XClaims reviews the recognized platform domain and ownership evidence. XClaims supplies and controls the directory, reward information, safety notices, and comparison content. A creator does not become an operator or employee of XClaims.

Commissions, conversion rules, tax reporting, payment schedules, and account standing are controlled by each external platform. XClaims does not calculate or pay operator commissions, guarantee creator earnings, or resolve creator commission disputes.

Founding Creators begin with a 30-day pilot. XClaims may pause a portal or individual link while reviewing reports, legal changes, inaccurate claims, suspicious traffic, or program-policy concerns.

Required disclosure

Creator portals automatically label creator links and display an affiliate disclosure. Creators must also make clear disclosures in the posts, videos, emails, or communities used to promote their portal.

Suspension, termination, and review

XClaims may require corrections, suspend a link or portal, or revoke creator access when standards are violated or risk cannot be resolved. A creator may send relevant evidence or request a correction through creator support. Restoring access remains a manual XClaims decision.
