Agreement and eligibility

By using XClaims, you agree to these terms. The site is intended only for people age 18 or older. A third-party platform may require a higher minimum age or impose additional location and eligibility rules.

Informational service only

XClaims is a directory and tracking tool. We do not operate a casino, accept wagers, hold player funds, process redemptions, determine winners, or control the offers shown by third-party platforms.

Your account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your email address and protecting your account credentials. Information supplied through Google, Facebook, or email registration must be accurate. We may restrict accounts used to abuse, disrupt, or attempt to compromise the service.

No guarantee of offers or results

Rewards, estimated values, playthrough rules, cash-out minimums, eligibility, and availability can change. Information may become outdated between reviews. Promotional value is not cash until the platform’s current redemption, verification, and playthrough requirements are satisfied. Gambling outcomes are uncertain, and free rewards should not be treated as income.

Third-party platforms

Your relationship with any listed platform is governed by that platform’s terms and privacy policy. We are not responsible for its games, account decisions, verification process, deposits, losses, redemptions, outages, or customer support.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, submit unlawful or deceptive reports, scrape it in a way that disrupts service, or use it to violate a platform’s rules or applicable law.

Corrections, suspension, and changes

We may correct or remove listings, restrict abusive activity, change features, or discontinue parts of the service. To report an error, use the Contact & Corrections form.

Disclaimer and limitation

The service is provided on an “as available” basis without promises that every listing will always be complete, current, or error-free. To the extent allowed by law, XClaims is not liable for losses arising from decisions made on third-party platforms. These terms do not limit rights that cannot legally be waived.
